The Sinulog festival in Cebu, the grand parade was great, even if its a rainy day the big number of crowd was there. The colorful costumes of contingents was very nice to see as well as their dance performance. ON its 3oth year of celebration Cebu province made it again to show that Cebuanos are creative and talented.
